4. About “Submit Your Story” Submissions

This is a core part of our mission. Here’s how we handle your contributions:

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your story. However, by submitting, you grant Eritage.ng a non-exclusive license to edit, publish, and share the content across our platforms (website, social media, newsletters).
  • Anonymity: We respect your choice. If you select “Anonymous” or “Initials Only,” we will hide your identity in the published post. However, we still keep your contact details privately on file for verification purposes.
  • Public Information: Please be careful not to include sensitive personal data (like home addresses, bank details, or NIN) in your story text. Once published, this information becomes public.
  • Third-Party Forms: We use Tally.so to manage story submissions. Their privacy policy also applies to the data entered in the form. They are compliant with international security standards.
